In his message, Li said that under the strategic guidance of Chinese President Xi Jinping and Russian President Vladimir Putin, the China-Russia comprehensive strategic partnership of coordination for a new era has maintained healthy and stable development. Political mutual trust between the two countries has continuously deepened, mutually beneficial cooperation has advanced in an orderly manner, and people-to-people exchanges have become increasingly frequent, which has brought tangible benefits to the two countries and their people, Li said.
